When the button says Open email app, this form prepares a draft on your device. It does not upload the email address or message you enter to this website, save them in browser storage, or send email automatically. When you send the draft, Ramazan Yavuz receives the app you selected, your email address, message and agreement to handle the request. Your email provider and Google (the operator's Gmail provider) process that email under their own terms. They may process mail outside Türkiye and Germany.
When you press Send request, the app you selected, email address, message and consent are sent over an encrypted connection to Ramazan Yavuz's server in Germany, then by email to his Gmail inbox. Google Gmail handles both sending and receipt and may process the email outside Türkiye and Germany. Google receives your tester email if you are added to a Google Play test.
The form does not save your details in browser storage. The sending service keeps keyed hashes and request times for abuse prevention and to avoid duplicate sends. These expire after 24 hours and are removed by hourly cleanup. Email addresses and messages are not stored in that service's state or request logs; delivered requests remain in the operator's Gmail mailboxes, including sent mail. This limited security processing is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Unaccepted requests are deleted within 90 days. Accepted testing contacts remain for the testing period and up to 90 days afterward. Your details are used only to handle your request and arrange closed-test access, based on your consent under KVKK Article 5(1) and GDPR Article 6(1)(a), where applicable. There is no newsletter, update subscription or account creation. Google Play invitations are handled separately.
You can withdraw your request or ask for deletion at yavuzramazan1994@gmail.com. This does not delete private data on your phone.
